How to use
Slide the cell out of its old wrap, place the positive insulator (the small ring) over the positive terminal, slide the new wrap on, and shrink it with hot air or a hair dryer on its lowest setting. Test the cell on a charger after rewrapping — a properly wrapped cell will read its expected voltage; a botched wrap will show 0.0V or refuse to charge.
